This recent purchase was my 5th computer (and 4th laptop) from these guys. I've never had a single problem with the process or the machines. Every machine I have bought from them is still fully functional and in service. They sell great products that are flawlessly restored at some of the best prices on the internet. Purchasing and shipping are seamless. I don't even bother looking at other sites anymore - it just doesn't get any better than this!

I was looking for a used iMac to turn into a dedicated music production machine in my basement. Can't afford the new stuff, so I looked at as many sites specializing in refurbished/used equipment as possible. Many of them were very "unfriendly" in terms of allowing you to dig down and narrow your search to the critical things needed in terms of display, memory, processor speed, cores, etc. After about a week of unsatisfying searches I found macs4u and was able to pick out something that met my budget and my minimum requirements. Including expedited shipping (hey I wanted it by Christmas!) I came out about $300 below Apple refurbished prices and with a slightly better machine. Arrived as stated, packaged well and works like a charm.

This is the second Mac we have purchased from macs4u. We are extremely happy with both purchases. We have had no issues with either Mac and they were exactly as described as far as condition. We would never purchase a new Mac. Great customer service.

Everything with the laptop works great! My only complaint is with the delivery process. I work full time and can't be home all day to sign for packages. I specified for fedex to leave the laptop with my apartment complex's front office. However, they informed me that the shipper restricted options for delivery. Long story short, I paid for quick shipping and might as well not have because I was unable to actually get the laptop until 4-5 days after the first attempted delivery. It would've been nice if I was given options with delivery instructions when making the purchase. Otherwise, very happy with the product itself!

The computer arrived quickly, in good condition, and works well. Can't ask for much more.
