Super easy transaction! This was my first time purchasing from this website and I’m so happy i did. The shipping was fast and my laptop was packaged very securely. There were two very small cosmetic dings that I could see, but I really had to look to find them. The screen is perfect and the computer runs great! Reliable and fast

Okay, so I was going to write a one star review. I ordered the Black Friday Special Macbook Pro (late 2017) and after a perfect two weeks or so of functioning, it started getting freezy. Two freaking weeks. However, I got on the Help Chat on the Macs4U website and they were awfully nice about the return. They were prompt, clear, and even sent me a shipping label to cover costs. Once I sent it back, they got it processed within five hours and offered a FULL REFUND, no restocking fee. It's rare that a company go so above and beyond in their service. And in the end, maybe I just got unlucky with the unit that I got; statistically, it's bound to happen. It's how a company handles it that matters.

Good computer good service good experience!!!

In the past, I've even very pleased with Macs4U service. Not this time. I signed up for one session of virtual help to address two issues with my computer. One was the computer is incredibly slow, and the other issue is all my iphotos disappeared. Although the tech assistant was very nice, neither of these issues were solved. The fix for the slow computer was to buy an external drive, but since the connecting cord is USB2 that will not speed up the computer at all. So I still have the same problem.

We received exactly what we expected and was even called to make sure we had no issues with performance and set-up. The service and quality of equipment was so good, my assistant ended up buying herself a Mac from macs4u.com as a Christmas present to herself! Highly recommend.

I received my imac in short order. The computer was in excellent condition. I received my receipt, shipping status and customer support emails. Don't know what more macs4u.com could have done better.
