product is very good. would have given 5 stars, but a few of the keys on my magic keyboard had popped out. I am grateful I was able to just pop them back in place.

The computer was as described and seems to be in good condition. I appreciated the heads up when it was shipped. Communication seems to be good with this company. They also answered an email question quickly. The only odd thing was the fedex delivery person didn’t have me sign for it—perhaps he saw me retrieve it from the porch and that was enough. That’s on Fedex not the Macs4u folks.

I love my new (second hand) macbook pro! although I am finding that there are some issues with this later model (thunderbolt 3 ports! UGH!) making it difficult at times to connect older transports and other devices. but beyond this, I am happy with the computer, I only wish I had known about the problems that would arise with connectivity due to the newer ports.

My MacBook Air was sent to me in great condition just as the description said. The price was way more affordable than buying it brand new. I've been using it everyday for a month with no problems so far. I'm in love with it! I was very skeptical at first, but looking at all the positive reviews, I felt that it was safe to try out. In a word—FANTASTIC! The service is spot-on, the communications is effective *and* personal (which is lacking in so many these days). Keep up the phone calls - I know it's labor-intensive, but it really matters to the customer to get that phone call.
