Great product (I bought a refurbished 27" 2017 model iMac with upgraded memory), excellent and friendly service, and packed for shipping with care to ensure it would get here safe. I've now ordered 3 macs from macs4u.com this year: an iMac and 2 macbook pros (one for me and one for my son). Not only did they all arrive in top condition, they worked perfectly from boot up, and continue to. I really feel like I bought 3 brand-new machines as far as condition and quality. My item arrived very fast and it was just as I expected, if not more. Somehow, the address entered into your system was changed to a different street address. Fortunately, the person at that residence called my phone number not he package to alert me to the receipt of the package and I was able to retrieve it.

I was apprehensive about ordering such an expensive laptop from an online company, however, they did do all they promised. The unit was in good shape and has meet my son's needs well. After the transaction they followed back up with me to ensure we were happy with the purchase.
