Everything went as promised and the computer we received looked like and acted like a new one. The personal followup was excellent. Very impressive.

Laptop was delivered and was exactly what they claimed it would be! I will only buy refurbished from them from now on!

Great laptop, really satisfied, only complaint is it took multiple days longer to receive my computer than they told me it would.

Very satisfied with purchase and set-up assistance. Delivery was fast, and product was exactly as ordered. They were very patient with me through internet carrier failures, and finally I was able to get it to work very well. Would recommend Macs4U anytime, to anyone wanting an affordable refurbished Mac!

So I would say an overall great experience with a couple of caveats; 1. The sales guy was super friendly and reassuring (came to macs4u after a poor experience with a company named after a very large river in South America...). He said that the unit would ship on a Tuesday and would be here Saturday. 2. The unit shipped Thursday (late) via FedEx ground (my choice... I admit it...) but was delayed once they tendered it to a local contractor. I would advise your customers that due to COVID, transit times are a bit of a guess, 3. When I was trying to track my shipment down, you folks were again super helpful and I appreciate. macs4u... you guys rock.

I did the $899 special and am very happy with my purchase. It shipped quickly and arrived on time. I would buy from them again.

The computer was received promptly, given to my guru who downloaded my previous files, informed me I had to purchase a part to do so and a new Word program since the computer came with none. (With labor, another $300.) Not your fault. The problem is with the cursor. It is sensitive and bounces around frequently. Sometimes even opens a new file.

I’ve been looking for cheaper options to purchase a newer MacBook and I was not disappointed at all by Macs4U!!!! Amazing customer service and awesome shipping. They called and emailed me about my order. Although the MacBook is refurbished it’s condition is brand new. I’ve had my MacBook for two months and I must say I am extremely pleased!

The Apple MacBook Air is a great laptop to take with you wherever you go. It is very fast, almost always very quiet, and very reliable. Almost perfect combination. I can confidently say that Macs4u will be my first choice of the Apple series.

Provide great customer service. Called to inform me that my computer was on it way (shipped out) so that I could have a heads-up on the delivery date. Due to me having to sign for it they also wanted to make sure that I would be home to receive it! They get an A+ from me. Couldn't have asked for better customer service.

Everything about this was exceptional! I went online and ordered my computer. 2 days later I got a call from a rep to make sure all was good. Package arrived on time, and in excellent condition. We will be purchasing all of our equipment from Macs4u.

My association with your company is very positive. Everything from beginning to end was right on, except...I do not understand why the operating system had to be totally removed from my original IMAC. I did ask to have all my personal information removed from it, but not the operating system! Though old, it worked perfectly well. I haven't been successful in finding a way to reinstall it.
