Had my ears cleared by Ben at Ramsden Heath on Friday 3rd Ben was completely professional in explaining what the procedure was going to be and advising the best way forward. Five minutes later my ears were cleared without any pain. Had a hearing test after which was a bonus. I thoroughly recommend Ben and will have no qualms in returning if the need arises.

Took my 13 year old son for a hearing test as been complaining he couldn’t hear out of one of his ears. We didn’t get to the hearing test as Ben noticed very early on while examining his ears what the problem was and was able to resolve this. Very professional but welcoming, calm, friendly and relaxed. We both felt comfortable and at ease. Highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to return.
