Pearl harbour tour

Used Tom's in the past, present and will in the future. Quick,easy and pleasent. Sandra is a sweetheart.

Everything was great, quick easy to set up the tours we wanted. The cost was better than other places I checked.

I purchased the gold package and expected a much better tour for $800 for 4 people.The best thing I can say about the tour is the bus driver was on time to pick us up. The first thing he said was his name 'Frank' and the second thing he said was 'you need to stop talking and listen'. That was how the whole day went. He gave rapid fire instructions and then was rude when asked for clarification. He did not tell is about the first two audio tours. When I asked about the last audio your he said the 39 heros tour was a short tour and there was not enough time to use the audio tours. One of the reasons I picked this tour was my son autistic and he does well with audio tours. As the day progressed my son became more upset and I had to give him a lorazepam to calm him down after lunch. The lunches were mediocre at best, the 'dessert' was a package of Oreo cookies Frank made sure we were back on the bus by 3:30 so he could start dropping people off. I am very dissappointed. I will not put a bad review on Yelp or other websites because I know how bad reviews can effect your business.

Sandra made our wish come true and ensured our booking for Pacific Whale Watch 2 hr trip. We were thrilled with the experience, start to finish. Sandra quickly informed us our first choice of date/time was unavailable and personally booked us on our 2nd choice date/time. Turned out great; we saw spinner dolphin pod as well as a Humpback Whale momma and breaching calf. Fantastic tour booking. Will be our go to in future!

Very helpful booking tour

Great for booking. Lost 1 star as full reimbursement wasn't given even though it was the tour company that cancelled the trip. I understand service charges, and perhaps the tour company can work this out with Tom Barefoot's tours next time, if it happens so seldom.

We booked the Kapalua Zipline through Tom’s and had a blast. The booking was fast, easy and I received confirmation quickly. I did a typo in my email and I promptly received a phone call to confirm email address, then we talked about other tours and she greatly helped me out to fit my time schedule. Would recommend them again.

We booked our Kuaui activities (ziplining & napali cost cruise) and everything worked out well. They were helpful in answering questions and I appreciate being able to find all activities and choices listed together. Booking through barefoot also gave us around 15-20% discount.

We took the 9:00am tour. The boat was clean, we had lots of room and the crew was great. The three young women running the boat were very educated and friendly. We saw some humpback whales and it was an awesome experience. Our tour was conducted at the very end of the whale season and we all felt very lucky to have seen the “whale action” this morning. I would highly recommended taking your whale watch tour thru the Pacific Whale Foundation as all their proceeds go directly to the study of whales. You know your money is going to a worthwhile cause! 5 STARS!!

The price I found for my sunset cruise was lower than the other 4 sites I checked. In addition, the customer service I received was excellent. I would highly recommend Tom's Barefoot.

Absolutely excellent service! Would recommend to all. We had a large group on our trip and had to plan many tours and activities. Tombarefoot’s was a pleasure to deal with and helped us tackle this challenge in an easy and hassle free way. Took all the stress out of it. Further, their service did not stop at the sale, when we had unexpected changes (rained out one day), they were on top of it helping us move things around so we could still fit everything in. Would absolutely recommend this service to anyone and I will be using it again on our next trip to Hawaii.

Punctual, safe, clean boat. Excellent narrative excellent experience.

I had a great experience with customer service who made sure I received my email. However, I did not receive my email after two tries. Had to use my husband's email to receive the tickets. Don't know if that is an issue on Tom's end or my email platform's end, but it was a little frustrating. But, like I said, customer service stayed with me until I received my tickets. Great job. Look forward to going on the trip.
