we were disappointed that we couldn't go to our destination of Mokolini but was the right decision due to weather. otherwise, we had a great time.

The “private charter” we booked for a shark cage dive was not what they sold us which was 6 people and a boat to ourselves and 45 min in the water. We did NOT have the boat to ourselves, about 15 people on it and time in the water was 15-20 min not the 30-45 min they list on their site. Lies to book more trips through them. The “reef fishing” boat trip they sold us was not a fishing trip at all, the boat barely had gear, rusted hooks, no line on the poles and one crappy bag of old squid which is why out of 5 of us we only caught 1 little fish for the whole trip. What they sold us and what we got was two very different things and very disappointing with the two trips we booked through toms. Would never recommend.

My family was on Oahu on vacation in February 2018 and booked a shark cage tour. There was flooding at that time and they worked diligently to accommodate 8 of us within the week (water clarity and temperatures). The staff was great and we made memories to last a lifetime! We even saw humpback whales during the trip, so we got a two-for-one! Thanks Toms Barefoot Tours! We will definitely use you again on our next trip to Hawaii!!

Excellent. This was one of the highlights of our vacation in Kauai. Wonderful catamaran, crew and views. You cruise up the coast for about 1.5 hours seeing the beautiful Nepali coast and some whales (if you are lucky). After that, they turn around and put up the sails. Dinner (steak and shrimp) is served and the bar opens for beer, wine and mixed drinks (all included in the package). On the way back, the sun set was beautiful.

We booked two tours on the Hawaiian Islands through Tom Barefoot's Tours. (Road to Hana on Maui & Complete Island Airplane Tour on Kauai). Both were handled great and the tours were excellent. Road to Hana - Valley Isle Excursions was a small group and we went all of the way around the volcano instead of just to Hana and back the same way. Great local guide that grew up in the area. On Kauai, we chose an airplane tour instead of a helicopter. It was great and cost much less. Super pilot and guide (Eric) with Air Ventures. Our entire package with Tom Barefoot's Tours worked great.

We did the tour which lasted all day. We caught a flight at 6:00am from Maui to Honolulu. Kona, our guide with Sunshine Tours met us at the airport promptly. We proceded to Pearl Harbor, while all along the way. Kona gave us a descriptive history of what led up to the attach at Pearl Harbor. The tour at Pearl was amazing. After Pearl Harbor, us and another couple drove up to the North Shore with stops at Dole Pineapple, Sunset Beach, Polynesian Cultural Center, a Buddhist Temple and various other stops along the way. All during this our guide Kona was giving us a discriptive history of Hawaii’s beginnings up to the present. Kona is such an asset to the Sunshine Tours Co. He has such a knowledge of Hawaii’s past and present.What really impressed me about Kona was his sincere passion for his culture, heritage, and his family. We had a great time on our horseback tour. The folks were terrific & the horses were well matched with rider's skills which gave everyone a sense of relaxation to enjoy the experience & beautiful scenery. A great morning ride!

The order process was very simple however, after waiting two days, I never received an email that confirmed my tour. I called the customer service number the day prior to my scheduled tour and was then told that my tickets had never been sent out to me and that they would be emailed that day...Thank goodness I called regarding my order status or the tour would have never taken place. I'm still not sure what the problem was or why the vouchers had not been sent but, I did eventually receive them.
