Requires planning and flexibility as with any 3rd party vendor they have to check the time and date that an activity is available. Some activities were priced at a discount, while other’s were priced at retail. Overall, I had a pleasant experience dealing with TomBarefoot’s service and website. My family was happy with the activities I’ve booked. And a happy family makes for a happy vacation. If your goal is to save time and money, I would recommend using TomBarefoot.

The cruise was fantastic! Yes, we saw whales!! Actually we saw quite a few, none of them breached but we saw plenty of humps, fins, tails, and blows. The information from the captain, and the naturalist on board was very good and we learned a lot along the way. If there was a downside to our experience, it was parents that didn't control their children.. :/ had nothing to do with the charter or the crew. Would definitely go on the Malolo again if given the opportunity. Thank you for a great experience!!

We had a great two-hour cruise. The whales really co-operated and put on a good show. The staff was efficient and cheerful. We have a wheelchair user in our party, and, although we were limited to the lowest level, the cruise worked well for us on the Calypso. Access was easy, and there is also an accessible bathroom. All round good experience.

Mike did a great job of flying and showing the islands with a personal touch. Aircraft was perfect for this and was able to see a lot more than helicopter tour for the price. Would highly recommend for seeing Maui and Big Island.

I have been using Tom Barefoot's tours since 2015, even before my husband and I were married, for all of my excursion needs in Hawaii. With the personalized service and even the recommendations they have made for me, I have never been disappointed. They are fast, friendly, and have great customer service! I visited Hawaii on the Norwegian Pride of America. From the website, to chats online, and phone calls with employees at Tom Barefoot, the experience was consistently exceptional. We were met at the pier of the ship with no issues and their prices are excellent. Highly recommend! We opted to rent a car through Tom Barefoot and were extremely happy. We also completed a couple of tour packages through them as well. If you are on a cruise, definitely book through Tom Barefoot!

Did a Kauai sea tours catamaran of the NaPali coast. Nice getting it for less money than what the company charges. Great customer service.
