Good price, relax ride, beautiful spot to see fish, very nice staff, swimming equipment was perfect, very good food at the end, but there could have been more refreshment offers before arriving at the snorkeling spot.

Sadly my experience was not the best. Out of five excursions I only went through Toms once and they messed up the time on that one. The other four, we would have had to sit through a “time share” sales pitch to get our tickets. NO THANKS. I just contacted each of my excursions independently and had a great time.

The crossing to Nihihau is very weather dependent and not guaranteed on every tour. Luckily we had a great day and a good crossing So plan early in your trip to allow extra days for better weather if that is your goal.

Prompt and courteous service. There was an issue with the date we chose. The company promptly called us and we were able to schedule for another date.

Most adventurous kayaking in our lives. Even thou the wind and waves were imitating looking out from the beach. The safety instructions beforehand prepared us for what we were embarking on.

Very helpful. One of our excursions was cancelled last minute and Tom Barefoot's went out of their way to find a similar excursion for us and contacted us immediately. We had wonderful experiences and thanks to Tom Barefoot's we now have great memories. We will definitely plan our trip outtings using Tom Barefoot's again!

Awesome tour

Our Bike Volcano Tour was cancelled very short before departure, because we were the only guests this day. We were already in the car, when we got the cancellation email. I booked the tour from Austria and we were very looking forward to do the Bike trip. We once booked a tour through the vinyards near Santa Barbara and were also the only guests instead of six or eight and they made a private tour for me and my husband. So we are a bit disappointed from the Tom barefoot policy. Nevertheless, Hawaii is great and we had a wonderful vacation . Manuela MACH from Vienna, Austria

The guide was excellent but the flight to Molakai was nearly an hour late but since the plane was nearly on time arriving back in Maui we can only assume that either the tour or the air portion was cut short. Not a good feeling when it costs $425.00 per person!

Awesome tour of the coast and a must see if visiting. Definitely go with the zodiac tour to get the close up views and experience. Strongly recommend Jake! He was the best guide, very entertaining.
