We had a fantastic trip on a sail/snorkel to Lanai. Saw whales, turtles, and first time to see Lanai up close. The crew on the ship were super friendly and helpful. We will use them again in the future

Very helpful and the lowest prices. I had one activity cancel on me and could not reschedule for a time I could go. Tom Barefoot's found a replacement which could meet our schedule and handled it all in a professional manner. I was quite pleased.

Worst tour company I have ever used! Nothing promised was delivered. It was very difficult to reach anyone to rectify the situation or to air my displeasure. I had to fight for reimbursement and even then I was reimbursed only 50%. I am a travel professional and have had vast experience with tour companies. AVOID this one.

I used to work at Tom Barefoot’s so I’m very familiar with all of the great tours/activities they offer throughout all of the islands. Tom’s is always my first go to when family or friends visit our beautiful island. Marci Shapiro is wonderful and helped me book an incredible all day snorkel trip to Lanai. It was my brother’s first time visiting me and we had a blast!

What i did get to use of my reservations went really well. But what makes these folks great is that they were so accommodating with all the changes and cancellations needed due to weather issues and more importantly an injury on the way to an excursion that prevented our participation. They even checked on me afterward to see how things were going. I cannot recommend them more highly!

Booked the whale watching tour, tour was legit. They're the ticket broker not provider of the tour.

It was so easy to book our excursions with Tom Barefoot's Tours. They took care of everything, called us to confirm, and everything was ready when we arrived.

The captain and crew were excellent. Boat was clean and well maintained. I have taken 2 of the snorkel trips and will be booking another trip for this March when visiting Kauai.

All 5 of our excursions on Maui and Hawaii were with Tom. They were professional, flexible, and knew what they were doing. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Very helpful and informative people. Also, they are understanding that things can go wrong on vacation, when my wife got too sick to go on an excursion, they refunded us the money! Would definitely use again the next time I’m in Maui
