We used Tom barefoot tours for our Lani Snorkel and dolphin watch for our family vacation on October 16,2018, all 14 of us!!! The staff is very professional, in fact they warned us that it might be a bit rough the day we were to go and allowed us to choose a different day if we preferred. The following week worked out much better for us and our eight grandkids most who are quite young. Are Five-year-old granddaughter said it was her best day ever! We saw spinner dolphins and faults killer whales. The staff was excellent, they supplied everything we needed, along with and excellent breakfast and lunch. They also had a special “one free child per adult”, which helped us out quite a bit! We also liked how the money goes to the foundation for helping and protecting the whales. We also use Toms barefoot’s tours for the “Old Lahaina luau “ !!! This was one of the most beautiful nights, we will all remember it for along time. As the sun was setting they took complementary family photos of us along the beach with ukuleles, and the photos turned out excellent. We enjoyed the family dance and sat right on the grass with smaller tables in front of the stage, the little ones loved it. We brought a few fold up chairs with backs for us older ones, what a beautiful night to remember.

I used Tom Barefoot Tours when looking for a snorkeling company when we visited the Big Island. I called and asked their opinion for one that fit our family’s needs and they were very honest and knowledgeable. We were also worried about an impending storm cancelling our flights and how that would affect our prepaid reservations. They were very reassuring. We had a great trip and hope to visit the Hawaiian Islands again

Tom’s barefoot tours was excellent to work with. We had to switch our itinerary twice due to itinerary changes made by our cruise ship and Tom’s Barefoot tours was helpful and accommodating. The Snuba activity was wonderful. Our family loved it.

In booking different excursions for our upcoming trip to Hawaii we have been pleased by the effort made to accomodate us given we have two children in power wheelchairs and that adds to the challenges. Good job!

Tom barefoot tours has a good and responsive staff! the only issue I had was with the boat charter they set up for me.This is not directly related to them but since they sponsored/recomended the start me up fishing and the service with them was sooo poor with that company I will be posting 3star rating as I think Tom barefoot needs to find another deep sea fishing boat charter to recommend with their tours. or if they do have other charters drop this crew/charter as they dont put any effort out in really trying to catch anything at all just a show putting out all the lines prettending to fish. It was at least a nice boat ride but a really expensive boat ride. I paid to go fishing not watch a deckhand put on a show. they never let the lines out farther than 20-30ft from back of boat I honestly could cast farther on land. use Tom barefoot tours but run from start me up fishing. ***** Tom's has reached out and let me know they passed info on to the failing charter. The charter captain and deck hand are both lazy individuals as they know that if we hooked up they would have to actually work. I know you dont always catch something fishing but the fact is They left luers in the boats motor wash out and said this is best place possible?..Lies! the fish wont attack something bigger than itself but will gain attention as the boat passes by and if the lure was out far enough from that wash they would then have seen lure and attacked the smaller less intimidating "meal"...the deck hand and captain will say diffrently🤣...this was a overpaid boat ride guised as a sport fishing charter and they know it. if I didnt catch anything but saw a good effort from them I wouldn't have been this upset to write such a long review and left a positive one. Dont waste the money burn it or use it to buy something nice you can take home instead. there are reviews from other sources you can read I'm not the first to have been swindled. unfortunately I read these after my negative experience not before. Thank you Tom B. for responding back in a timley manner but you may want to drop accosiacion with start me up and read the reviews from other sites about this recurring issue with start me up.

Great Experience! Beautiful Weather, Friendly staff, and I caught a fish! Next time we will book a full 8 hours instead of 4...wasn't long enough! Take your Dramamine, even if you don't think you need it!

Staff was very friendly. We were only 17 on our tour so very pleasant. Food and drinks were top notch! Definitely recommend them!
