The staff were very friendly and responsive, but the website had a glitch that meant my credit card payment didn't go through as it had indicated, and as a result we lost out on the tour we thought we had booked.

We do a sunset cruise every trip to Hawaii and they all have been great. Tom’s was quick and easy to work with. My advise is to do this when the seas are calm and enjoy the ride.
