Every wine I've purchased seems to have a following of another selection which I've come to try. I sign up for a daily email to help me decide what to purchase and venture next. They've also come through for me with exceptional gift ideas.

I had been searching for a while for a particular vintage before finding it on Saratoga Wine. I received several subsequent emails that kept me updated on the status of my order, which was very nice. It allowed me to notice an error in the shipping details; when I called to clarify, I was quickly and professionally assisted, and my wine arrived less than 48 hours after we hung up. The delivery even beat the UPS notifications by 3 days! Highly impressive; I will definitely shop Saratoga Wine again.

I live in Wake Forest NC. I ordered a bottle of wine from a vineyard in Bordeaux France as a Christmas gift. I ordered on a Monday and received the bottle in solid protective packaging within a week. Excellent service!!

The selections are limited, but the inventory they have is good. Many of these Online wine stores start off this way, but before long are pushing wines they don't know and have not tested. I do not think this is going to happen to these guys, however. Their good judgement stands out.
