They shipped out immediately and I had within 3 days. They are my go to for ship to home delivery. Highly recommend.

United States | 20 October 2015requested audience with manager many times and NEVER heard back from him.wrong wines sent and company insisted that i return them at at my expense.return policy DOES NOT COVER OR MENTION this type of situation when it should state that the co.will correct its errors AT ITS EXPENSE. customer should be able to reply to any and all emails and not have to look for a different email address in order to respond.this caused a number of problems.

It's not because of the taste or the price but SaratogaWine.com seems to be the only place that I can find it (and I live in California!) I'm not very computer literate and usually must use the phone to place an order. This is handled in a friendly and professional way and my wine arrives in a timely and well-packed fashion. Thank you! PS My grandchildren call me MIMI.

United States | 19 October 2015I was thrilled to get my bottles and it all worked, but I still can't identify Saratoga's brand. Maybe by design, but to me you are a virtual company. Therefore, you should have more new economy attributes, including paying with PayPal or others to avoid credit cards, a better interface and easier check-out process.
