Gluhwein is hard to find around here & Saratoga Wine.com had the Gerstacker version which is better quality. Gerstacker was advertised and was ordered, but I received a "substitute". The "Augsburger Gluehwein" is a step down but can be used as a substitute. Fast shipping, bottles are very well packaged and reasonable prices. Thank you.

Saratoga Wine Exchange was wonderful! I wanted a very rare and expensive bottle of bourbon for a friend's retirement party. Not only did their website tell me how many bottles they had available 'real time', their on-line chat agent was really helpful. Once I ordered, I sent the order number to the online chat agent who confirmed they had received it, and would get it shipped out that day...which they did! I had the tracking information and it was delivered as promised on the day expected. A very excellent experience!

Love Saratoga exchange and usually excellent. That said, tried to order some 2007 Alsace riesling that was advertised on the web site. When I tried to order, order never went through. When I called several weeks later for followup, I learned vintage was not available....maybe this happens, but certainly not the best experience.

Company charges exorbitant shipping rates, especially given other companies are offering free shipping. Really like the wine but its not worth the shipping cost - when shipping exceeds cost of the item - its too much. Ordered in spite of the shipping charges but when the wine arrived noticed the taste doesn't warrant the shipping cost; will not order from them again, instead change to a different wine. That's my opinion on this company...

Looking for a hard to find bottle, and found it online at Saratoga. Ordered and received a case quickly, we'll packaged and we'll priced. Great, easy service!!

Pappy bourbon and two bottles of Prisoner wine shipped fast, but he 3 rd bottle of Prisoner was never shipped and I did not receive a response to my email about the short shipment.

I searched everywhere for Canyon Road wine and was pleased to find it here. Prices were reasonable and shipping was fast. Thank you. I will be re-ordering soon.
