I have ordered from here a few times over the last couple of years and it’s always been amazing! This time I realised I had built up some rewards and used it to redeem a chocolate bar (the mint choc chip - my absolute fave!). This is a small business that is run efficiently and is well worth the money.

I’ve ordered 3 times from this AMAZING small business. Their products are second to none, delicious and moreish. Who would pay £6 for a bar of chocolate? I would. Happily. Will I again? ABSOLUTELY. Thank you, from a VERY happy repeat and loyal customer

Excellent products and service. They do advice 12 working days to dispatch, the bars are handmade and hand wrapped so I expected to wait depending on demand! On the 11th day, I emailed just to make sure the lead time was still on track (it was for a birthday) I got a response the same day to say they were running one day behind schedule but would ensure my order reached me by the required date (which it did). I was very happy with the service provided and recipient loved his chocolate after watching your videos for a long time. Thank you!

I ordered this late on the 9th Jan. Since then it has been over 13 days and they only just "dispatched" the chocolate bars, coincidentally 2 days after me emailing and asking to cancel my order and recieveing zero response back. I say "dispatched" as when I checked the tracking on 26th Jan (2.33am) it states "5.03pm, 25th Jan, sender dispatching item". So its not even with the courier. Just an excuse to keep my money and keep me waiting again. Absolutely abysmal non existent customer service, horribly slow and very overpriced. If you want to wait three weeks/ a month for a few overpriced chocolate bars then this is the company for you.

Deliciously different

The Chocolate Smiths sell hand-made chocolate bars, and are worth every penny. I fell in love with the their products and ethos after seeing them on Joe Wicks' Instagram feed, and am now a serial purchaser. I have loved everything I have bought, and highly enjoy the subscription boxes that arrive each month. My postman pretends to stagger under the weight of my monthly choccy delivery, but funnily enough stopped after I gave him a Bizarre Bar for Christmas to say thank you. He's another convert. To address some of the other reviews - I've never had an issue with the customer service I have received. They are responsive over email and social media, and have only ever been kind and polite.

This chocolate is absolutely delicious. I first got their chocolate as a Christmas gift, and what a great gift it was, i will be buying more for myself!

I live in Fuerteventura in the Canary Islands and we saw the program on how you started up and my husband absolutely loved the look of your chocolate bars. I ordered some for Xmas and had them delivered to a friend in the UK and he brought them over . All I can say is what and excellent service you provided and great packaging. The chocolate bars did not disappoint and will order some more so thank you .

Like many, I discovered The Chocolate Smiths on TikTok, and after months of drooling at their videos I finally got my hands on some of their chocolate bars. I was so excited to try them! And I have to hand it to them, their packaging was beautifully designed as were the bars, but unfortunately that’s where the compliments end. The chocolate itself tasted cheap and some of the flavours were completely inedible, particularly the ‘Maple Bacon Bizarre Bar’. I think they could invest in better quality cocoa as they didn’t taste like chocolate really. It’s a shame, I really wanted to like them and support an independent business, but I won’t be ordering again unless the recipes change.

I was gifted some Bizarre bars and while the chocolate is good quality the overall products aren't value for money. Here are the ones I tried - Peanut butter Christmas cookie - this tasted unpleasant. The biscoff filling and peanut butter don't go together in my opinion Christmas gingerbread millionaires shortbread - nice gingerbread flavour but nothing special. Jam teacake - tasted good but not much jam filling. Caramel apple pie - the most disappointing bar. It tasted mainly of cinnamon. Peanut butter bar - nice but nothing special. Coffee stroopwaffle - easily the best one and full of flavour.

Always great, have had both the mystery box which is great value and suppose and also picked my own.

Beautiful flavours and really nice chocolate. Didn't last long in our house and have put another order in hopefully for Christmas ( if it lasts that long).

I'm all about supporting small business and I absolutely love chocolate so when I seen this company on instragram I couldn't wait to give it a try .I love the ideas and the thoughts into making these chocolate bars and that they are all homemade with great flavours .The Gingerbread caramel millionaire shortbread tastes absolutely amazing , I couldn't stop eating it I wanted more .I love the packaging as well .If you are a big chocolate lover like myself then I would recommend this company alot, I can't wait to try other flavours
