Local company making fantastic chocolate. Only recently discovered this company but will certainly be ordering again.

Ordered the new Vegan bars . 3 flavours …all taste really delicious. No horrible after taste like some vegan bars. Please note it is delivered within 12 Working days …so I did contact them because I had counted in the Saturday and Sunday which aren’t working days …but they communicated back to me straight away …Excellent communication and love their Instagram videos etc. Hard working independent business. Will definitely order from them again 👌

Ordered early February, took a while to arrive but it does state that it can take up to 12 days to dispatch. On arrival there was an item missing so I contacted them and Vicki emailed me back quickly, she sent the item out and it arrived a couple of days later. Can’t fault the customer service. Chocolate is delicious and nice to be able to try new flavours!

Fabulous business. Made in England, supports other small business. I always look forward to the collaboration bars.

Ordered early December for deliver before Christmas, didn’t arrive until New Year’s Eve, 2 products (£20 worth of the order) were out of date. Contacted customer service but they just blamed Royal Mail and wouldn’t accept any responsibility which in my view is not professional, it’s their business and their responsible for their products arriving in date. They offered to replace 1 bar, but as I didn’t reply they didn’t bother! They mentioned they offered DPD delivery, but at the time I ordered I did not see this option. I tried the nannas biscuit Tin, this was like caramac but 4x the price and not as good. The big kahuna - dry as out of date. Some sort of other colab bar which was a broken bar, had all sorts of things in it, bit over the top, very rich. But probably the best of the 4 bars I’d purchased. Finally the birthday cake bar, really, really sweet and the red stuff in the middle had no flavour! Not worth the hype, far to expensive, most of it went in the bin. Terrible customer service, waste of nearly £40! So many better chocolate bars out there for a fraction of the price. I’m sure there will be excuses about small business etc, but my experience just wasn’t worth repeating.

Excellent service and excellent products. Different bars for different tastes and love the social media interaction to keep everyone up to date with products. Sometimes silly and sometimes serious - you never know what you’re going to get 😂

I can’t believe I forgot to post my review for this!! I get the subscription box every month it’s brilliant. It’s a fight when it’s been delivered between me the husband and the child to find our favourite bar first to claim it haha. The geordie bar is one of the best pieces of deliciousness I’ve ever had the pleasure of having in and around my mouth!!….. also would like to start a petition to bring Back the bahama because my word that was stunning!!

Honestly the best chocolate you’ll ever buy! All handmade, even the fillings. Such beautiful creations and flavours and textures- just yum 🤤😋 Go check them out on instagram, a proper bunch of lovely northerners who are quite crazy but in a good way 🤣😊

Thier chocolate is both unusual and delicious 😋 it was the perfect gift fir my partners birthday the ONLY reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it took too long to arrive I ordered on the 12th giving it a good week to be put together and arrive b4 his birthday on the 23rd January but we didn't receive it until the 26th January. But the product it's self is lovely and well worth trying a mystery box

Just received an order today and everyone in the house absolutely loves it! The bars are delicious! You can tell a lot of effort has gone into these. Also I required assistance as I made a mistake regarding my order, and Stef was fantastic resolving it all for me. Thank you very much, we will definitely be ordering again! 😊👍 X

Absolutely delicious! The salted caramel especially is just pure divine, would order the whole stock of them if I could. The Chocolate Smith is definition of quality over quantity. The flavours are like no over and will continue to support the business with every spared penny. Best chocolate I have ever had, it is chocolate like no other and love even more that all the fillings are hand made. Amazing job guys.

Loved ordering with The Chocolate Smiths for the first time. Order came well within the suggested delivery time. The chocolate is absolutely delicious and the flavours are very unique (our family have been debating over how we feel about the bacon bar all week!) One I have to recommend is their collaboration bars - absolutely unreal and you get to support 2 small businesses at once which is a win win for me. Can’t wait to order again for a little treat
