I love Chocolate Smiths, I always try to get the limited stuff like collab bars ands all of their regular collection never disappoints. The staff are always helpful and I can’t think of a better small business to support!

The hype on social media for this chocolate is exactly that…….just hype I’m afraid!! I really wanted this chocolate to be amazing but it just wasn’t! I ordered 6 different bars. The Nana’s biscuit tin which was so sweet I couldn’t eat it. I had the chocolate with bacon bits in and all I could taste was smoke and sugar! Then I had the chocolate geordie bar which was so so sweet that I was just like sugar. It was so underwhelming and it was a treat for Easter. I spent a lot of money and I haven’t opened the rest because there most probably just as bad. I’ll just stick to Cadbury from now on

Sadly pretty average chocolate I was looking forward to trying the chocolate smiths from seeing them on tik tok and watching many of their live Tik toks and seeing what lovely people they were I went ahead an bought a couple of products and sad to say it was very average the chocolate was cheap tasting and had barely to no flavour, it’s not horrible and it certainly is edible but was expecting allot better considering it’s “hand made” and costs £5.00 for a small bar just overall not really worth it for the price

Always fantastic

This is probably the nicest chocolate I’ve ever had - and I’ve had a lot! But once you start eating a bar it will soon be gone! It’s not overly sweet and it’s just so delicious. With watching their Instagram stories you know that it’s all made with love. It can sometimes take a little time to get the order but with having that insight into their day to day workings you can understand the delay, and it’s 100% worth the wait!

I really wanted to love this company. Order took longer than they say it will, after any months of trying to buy anything from this company following Jo Wickes promotion, placed an order for my daughter’s birthday in good time. When it hadn’t come I emailed. When nobody answered I phoned. Cross employee, said I could have a refund, I didn’t want the money back, obviously we have other money, just not what we paid for. Said she would pack and send with extra product, they were running behind. It did eventually arrive, late, no extra product. Disappointed child is always tough. Actually not anything to write home about, the chocolate. And the customer care we received was bad. Shame.

I’m a fan of this chocolate and the Easter range but had some bars come today the love bar and caramel apple pie they was nice but I’m just finding these bars do not have much filling in at all and so this means there isent much flavour all you can taste is the chocolate

Honestly, disappointing. I didn’t get any flavour really other than chocolate. Any old chocolate. So for £4.99 a bar, I won’t buy again. It wasn’t unpleasant, I enjoyed it. However I could have paid £1 and got the same taste. Don’t expect to be wowed with taste.
