I don’t usually post reviews but after a number of recent orders I thought I would share my experiences… The chocolate smiths chocolate is fantastic, packed with fillings and toppings, all different and although it is more expensive than a ‘normal’ bar it’s worth it in my opinion. The delivery times are clear when you order and there is even a check box that lets you know there might be a wait, this is due to volumes of orders at the company and to date nothing I have ordered has taken longer than this, it’s also tracked via Royal Mail. I’ve had a parcel go missing after dispatch, this was dealt with quickly by the team and replacement bars shared. I would recommend buying a few bars at once, the tracking postage and packaging is a set cost but if you have a couple of bars it’s much better value. I also ordered a couple of the poetic license items, they are really good quality although possibly only for those with a sweet tooth! Will definitely order again, thank you

Really sorry won't be buying from you again, ordered some chocolate 8 days a ago and only got confirmation yesterday you had passed the order to Royal Mail and now a potential further wait of 10 days. Not good enough! Why on earth are you waiting to send massive batches of chocolate together (I've seen the post bags) rather than sending out orders as and when you receive them? Here is an idea spend less time on social media doing silly videos and start processing orders on the same day customers make the purchase and make more chocolate. Priorities first before the fun.

Only just got the order in the post and eaten in less than 5 minutes. I can understand why people order a batch of them at once! Please try to do the unlimited stock more often as that was the first time I was able to get a purchase due to the mad rush. Dammm I gotta say it, even better than Cadbury’s or galaxy 😍😍😍😊😍 well worth the year wait!!!!!

I’ve ordered a few times now from the Chocolate Smiths (being pregnant and craving the Peanut Clutter over the summer helped 😂) I have recently purchased the Christmas Millionares Shortbread bar and I think it’s amazing. I bought it to bring a smile during a hard time and it certainly delivered. It tastes delicious and even the packaging is so lovely and Christmassy (I love Christmas). Enough to bring a smile to anyone’s face!

I was so excited to get my hands on some of this chocolate! But honestly it seems just over hyped and over priced. The bars weren’t thick - it tasted a bit cheap. Disappointed

Amazing chocolate as always

Waited so long to get some and really disappointed. Too sweet, cheap chocolate (not fair trade), palm oil and the banana bread one even tastes like penicillin!

Managed to get my hands on a few bars recently after following the company on Instagram. The bars were very expensive but I wanted to try them. The chocolate was very thin and tasted like very cheap chocolate, the filling was too sweet and not to my liking. I shared these with my family and no one was particularly impressed. I think they are far too expensive for a small thin bar.
