Great service Very reliable

everything was easily shipped and well cared for.

Had to send the luggage way too early in order for it to be delivered to the camp on time at an affordable rate. When a child is going to overnight camp for several weeks, they have to pack most of their clothing. In order to make it to camp on time, the luggage had to be shipped 9 days before arrival date. That's not acceptable. If given a choice, I would not use this company.

Easy to schedule! A little pricey but worth it so we did not have to haul two bags on a plane to camp.

I dislike how early we have to ship out the duffles - I understand providing a buffer but as it stands it is still so expensive and they arrive a full week ahead of the kids! It is also very very expensive. Much more so than just sending the bags on the plane.

The ease of transporting trunks to and from camp was ideal and made my life so much easier. Only complaint I have is that trunks came home pretty scratched and dented.
