The site was unwieldy to use but the thing that bothered me the most was that it was mandated that the bags be picked up so early. We are not over consumers so the need to send most of her clothing ahead of time was infuriating, inconvenient and led to us not realizing she didn’t have an extra dress or her dress up shoes for her middle school graduation or graduation party this week as they were sent with the camp bag. The service was exorbitantly expensive- the bag was picked up on Tuesday and delivered on Wednesday when she’s not even arriving to camp until Sunday. Since the delivery was admittedly fast, the bags obviously could have been picked up later in the week.

Overall excellent. The only reason not 5 stars is bc I couldn’t get through w phone support and text support was not reliable. I did end up using email support and that worked well and responses were quick.

The process was smooth from start to finish

It was very easy, and the trunk arrived at our home before we returned home which was at least 5 days sooner than it was guaranteed to be delivered. We had to ship it because we were heading to the opposite side of country for a family wedding straight from picking up daughter from camp and couldn’t haul it with us. Ship camp made it work.

I’m very disappointed with my first experience using ship camp. My bags were not picked up on the scheduled day even though I received an email that they were. I called customer service and they had no idea why. I’m still waiting for them to get picked up.

We had 2 shipments to 2 different camps. on pickup day, the Fedex person came to our house, scanned 2 of the 4 bags, then said his truck didn't have room for the bags and that he'd return later to pick them up. Well he never returned so we had to haul all the bags to a local Fedex store. The problem continued since when we got to the Fedex store, the 2 bags that were scanned had to be overridden since they showed already in transit. What a mess. Never again and would love some compensation for this major error.
