Easy and efficient!

Ship Camps worked great. FedEx picked up my granddaughter's trunk and duffel bag at her home on the scheduled day. I received an email confirming the pickup, along with tracking information. The trunk & duffel were delivered to her summer camp 3 days later, as promised. We shipped her trunk and duffel home. Worked great in the reverse. Was able to track the shipments both ways. Very convenient and satisfied.

It was super easy and very efficient! They sent the packing labels and zip ties as well!!!

My daughters clothes and items that were totally dry and shipped by your company to Camp French-woods came to the camp totally soaking wet Terrible Would not recommend

Ship Camps is fantastic! They were so easy to work with. Eveyone I talked to on the phone was kind and helpful. And the camp luggage arrived at camp when expected, was picked up when expected and arrived to our home as expected. The price was very reasonable, same price as if I put it on the airlines and had to pay for luggage. And MUCH less expensive then going directly through UPS or FedEx. I will use them again! High recommend them!

For $189+ we came back with a broken trunk and the entire lid was not attached and it came a day later. For the price the local shipping store was much cheaper and the $1000 extra without tell the camp would be nice too. Our camper had to remove things to not go over the 75lb limit after the camp realized the rule.

Very helpful customer service team, that was available in person on the phone to answer any questions and guide me through everything I needed to know! The day of my sons camp luggage was picked up by a very kind and courteous driver. I was also informed each step along the way of time of pickup, in route status and delivery. SO grateful and would recommend to anyone!

I’m a first timer and the whole experience from online request, to pickup and delivery was smooth and efficient.

Not cheap, but easy, on time pick-up, and we were notified the duffle bags arrived by ground from Kansas to camp in upstate New York in four days versus the projected seven. Outperformed expectations.

We had some difficulty getting our trunk picked up when we scheduled it. I called to follow up, which didn't feel like the customer service I would have wanted. Ultimately, I am glad that my daughter's trunk arrived at camp and I hope our experience is better on the return home.

Trunk process was easy, got regular communication about trunk being picked up and delivered (really fast delivery!). Main areas they can improve: 1. Send luggage tags/packing slips earlier -- we got evening prior but bc of work schedules, would have liked to have done this earlier. 2. Requirement that trunks cannot contain liquids or aerosols is totally unrealistic for a company shipping trunks to camp. We need to pack shampoo, bug spray, soap, etc not just clothes and linens.

Took no time at all to place the order, set up pick-up, and delivery was so fast.
