Very easy and clear instructions. Saved us time

The FedEx employee was not at all prepared to handle trunks. There was no room in her truck and I had to help load the trunks once she was able to rearrange the truck. My trunks were not completely full so good thing they could bend. I can only imagine the condition my items arrived in. NOT HAPPY!

So easy! Such a relief to have everything already packed and shipped so that it will be waiting for my son when he arrives to camp.

Very easy! A lot easier than dragging the trunks to the UPS store, and a lot less expensive! For the labels, we had a laminator and zip ties, but a larger luggage tag would work too.

The process was smooth and seamless. My tags arrived about a week before the pick up date. Bags were picked up within the window and I was able to track them every step of the way. They arrived in 2 days even though I had chosen the 4 day option. This is a great company. The only reason I took off a star is because they used to honor promotions from Ship Go and now they don’t. Saving 20% on 4 bags is a lot of money and they should either honor or run a promo or return customer bonus of their own. This is my third year using Ship Camps and I would recommend them.

Easy and reliable!

It was already a disappointment to be forced to use the service and spend extra money for the service as well as needing to buy extra things to cover the 13 days between pickup and camp. We were then given a date, planned our lives, work, travel around the date, and only a few days before learned that the date was moved up three days. The trip couldn't be changed back, there were sleepless nights because the date was earlier and didn't coincide with when I'd taken off work to prepare for bags to be packed, and some of the things being delivered to the house were scheduled to arrive the day bags were picked up. The pickup itself went fine, but overall it was a super frustrating, stressful, and expensive experience.

From order to pick up the process was seamless and easy!

Rescued my kids suitcase headed for camp! FedEx lost the shipping label (got separated from suitcase, apparently this happens a lot) and FedEx staff found the return label inside the suitcase upon a search to ID it. So they attached the return label and sent it back to me! A shipcamps rep called to notify me of the issue and arranged for it to get rerouted back to its original destination without my having to do anything. It eventually arrived to my child’s camp 4 biz days later. And they called to give me updates bc I was definitely in a panic. Huge relief, and appreciated the proactive solution. The return of the suitcase had no-issues.
