Accidentally deleted operating system. Mark from Customer Support helped me get the Pinwheel OS back on my kid's phone and get it functional again. He was helpful and patient and completely resolved the problem.

All apps are Pinwheel tested and approved. We requested a specific app that my daughter needed for her job. Pinwheel responded to our request within minutes and kept us updated throughout the approval process. Within a week the app was approved and ready to go! Excellent communication throughout!

Both representatives I spoke with today were committed to helping and resolving the problem we had with our Sons phone. Excellent customer service and experience. We were tired about an overnight flight and didn't have the capacity to deal with nothing. We came across the Pinwheel storefront and the gentleman who assisted us was extremely knowledgeable, and had us in and out in less than 5 minutes! Lovely people!

I was extremely frustrated and considering canceling and just going with a typical phone - but the issue was because I had ACCIDENTLY set up a separate parent portal. When I finally sat down (and took my time) to go through the chat with the team they figured out the issue - once we figured out the issue it was a simple log-in and reset my information - and boom, it was up and running!
