We really appreciate all that this interface does to keep our kids safe. Although the VPN can make correct installation of applications difficult, the customer support team does a fantastic job of addressing any issues.

We've been using a pinwheel for for our 6th, soon to be 7th grade daughter, for about a month now. We are very pleased with the device, it's features, and the customer service experience. I would definitely recommend this phone to those who might be nervous to get there middle school student a smart phone.
