Pinwheel tech support was super helpful! He stayed on with me until everything was solved. I think I did really complicated things to the phone, but the steps were so easy!

We had an app on the Pinwheel phone that was no longer launching. It took awhile for the team to sort it out but they were great about letting me know they were still working on it and hadn't forgotten it, and now the app is working again!

Easy replacement order with Chen. My child accidentally damaged their phone and I needed to replace the phone. Chen walked me through the process, explained the options available to me, and took care of the order. Great experience overall.

PARENTS OF TECH SAVVY KIDS BEWARE!! I am so frustrated with this device. It's been countless hours of customer service with a variety of problems spanning from not getting phone calls, not being able to send photos, and now my 15 year old has some how gotten on the internet and is chatting with strangers which is EXACTLY THE REASON I BOUGHT THESE PHONES. Why in the world would I see a reason to spend hundreds of dollars on devices (3) to keep my kids safe and then she's able to easily open a photo album and share it and then chat with people! I have no idea how long she's been able to do this and now I have to clean up this mess. Please make sure your phones are safe this could be our kids lives at stake.

My son broke his phone and it won’t turn on. I chatted with a person named tony and was offered the choice to buy a new or refurbished phone. The process was absolutely painless and we now have a refurbished phone on the way. Pinwheel is always so easy to deal with when we need them.
