I ordered, they delivered next day, the wine was lovely. They did this during a thirsty pandemic. Can't get better.

I submitted my order late evening and it was delivered the next afternoon with a handwritten apology that one wine choice had been substituted. I don't think I could ask, or even hope, for better service. In these days where we are heavily reliant on deliveries, Butler's is absolutely outstanding in both service and customer care.

Ordered wine 5 days ago on a next day delivery and no wine arrived. After informing Butlers, i was given a number of excuses and no apology. I reasonably asked for a refund of the delivery fee. There was no offer from them. You will note there is no information on the website or email correspondence informing customers of delays or issues in their supply chain. There was no real offer to replace or urgency to resolve. Naturally, this maybe one isolated incident but i certainly wont use or recommend this company based on my experience. Furthermore, as a business owner, I am baffled by how you opt to deal with issues raised by your customers. Your approach is antiquated but perhaps you dont wish to appeal to an under 35 consumer base. Good Luck

Fast delivery and good choice.

Absolutely amazing service - ordered Thursday for the following Monday, but received a call asking if I’d like them to deliver it the next day (Friday) so I had it for the weekend. They then refunded my extended delivery charge as they had a few to make in my area. And even though they’d actually run out of the product I’d ordered, they then offered me a slightly more expensive item at the same price. Hard to see how much better they could have made this experience even without a global pandemic on. Just maybe they need to fix the bug in their inventory management system so they don’t lose too much money!
