Great store. The online service was excellent. Very good follow up since I first did not complete with the order. They held my order and kindly wrote a email asking if I would like to continue with my order. After some questions and a good help from the staff I was lucky to get wines sent to Sweden. A great service.....I ordered one day and the wine was delivered next. Equally I liked their choice of wines available and being a big fan of Burgundy loved the price of one of their Vosne Romanee (£43), from a favourite grower of mine. Only surprise was the price of one of their Chiroubles .....(my favourite Gamay), which I would expect to pay about half of what they had it on sale for (about £35?) .....have never ever seen a Chiroubles at anywhere near that price level. However by selecting carefully I will definitely use them again.

The Beaujolais Villages Rose was simply the best Rose I have ever had. Great service and prompt delivery.

This is the first time that we have bought from Butlers. Why did we chose to buy from them rather than anywhere else? Well, because they have a great range of low intervention wines, actually the best we have come across, and obviously develop good relationships with wine producers.
