Trendhim website is very easy to navigate. So many different options to buy from A-Z. I ordered item, paid for them via PayPal, was given by email a tracking number so knew at all times where my delivery was, when it was going to be delivered. Well packaged. First class.

Bracelet arrived in good condition and looks great, time will tell on how durable the bracelet is but happy with my purchase so far. Item took slightly longer than expected to arrive but customer service was very helpful and quick to respond. I will definitely be purchasing more

Disater of a company This company is full of lies and false advertising. Ring in stock on website, said would be shipped next day. Item was not shipped next day. When chased 5 days later was advised item was out of stock but was in stock at time of ordering. If this company stuck to the guidance of shipping the item next day the item would still be in stock. Theres no doubt that this company have shipped my ring to someone who brought days after me. Then the company offers me a woefull 10% off when I had 20% off the order I brought this order with plently of time as I needed for this weekend and this company has ruined it

Placed a large order only to be hit with customs charges, so you are not a UK company trading from the UK, absolute rip off, another £45.00 charges I have to pay,, Do not use this company ……….. What pains me more is these goods are coming from Denmark and I am Danish, it’s a double stab in the back……. Ohh and to clarify most of the reviews on this company are fake……..

Tried to place an order, their IT platform advised unable to process payment. Tried a few times, no success. Now received emails for 4 orders and payments pending. Called, advised we are unable to cancel orders, return on receipt. Hmm, the problem was their IT platform but the onus is on me to sort. Will return all the goods and purchase elsewhere.

Trendy rings which you won’t get in stores nowadays, came across this and ordered on for now but,, i have my eye on a few more indefinitely will be buying more, quick delivery too at a reasonable price too.
