Amazing jewelry for men and excellent customer service. Bought my partner and engraved bracelet, which he loved and wore for a year now non stop. Unfortunately part of the bracelet wire snapped, contacted Trendhim and got an immediate response from customer service and a newly replaced bracelet straight away! That’s what I call an excellent service!

I’ve been using Trendhim for about 5 years now. I’ve had to use their customer service department a couple of times now & I’ve found them to have probably the best customer service department I’ve ever had to use, which is pretty handy when they are based in another country. The products have a wide range of styles that can suit all ages. Unlike some fast food companies what you see in the photo is actually what you get in or on your hand. When buying necklaces, bracelets & rings make you get take your measurements as directed otherwise you will loose the advantage of Trendhim’s swift delivery by having to return & reorder. In my opinion they are a great company with great products not cheap tat at a great price & customer services that are superb.

Amazing pre-sales and after sales service. Had a few questions to raise prior to my puchase which were answered in a very prompt and friendly manner. After sales service was exceptional - Fast, curteous and efficient. Made me feel like a real valued customer. I have no qualms about dealing with Trendhim again in the future.

DO NOT buy rings with so-called "stones". The "stone" is actually a print on plastic that is poorly glued on the steel ring. The steel is light, I reckon the steel quality is poor. This is an honest opinion. I did change my review from 1 star to 3 stars as I was too emotional the first time. The site, the delivery, the customer support, the return works just fine. I'd rather just avoid rings with stones.
