I recently reached out to Trendhim customer support and was thoroughly impressed with their service. The response times were incredibly fast and reliable. I had several questions about product sizes and adjustments, and the support agents, Emmeline and Kasia, provided detailed and helpful answers promptly. They were attentive and ensured I had all the information I needed, even sending links for further clarification. While I haven’t yet purchased the product or experienced its quality, the excellent customer support alone is worth commending. Highly recommended for their professional and efficient assistance!

Wat een ongelooflijk irritant bedrijf om mee te communiceren. Meer dan 20 mails, iedere keer reactie van een ander. Pakketje die niet aankomen, opnieuw sturen naar oude adres desondanks wijziging nieuwe adres. Aanbieden wat op te sturen maar niet doen, je mails half lezen. Ben nu weken verder, product was al enorm snel vervaagd en ben nu naar 20 mails nog steeds niets verder. En is er wat bezorgd op m’n oude adres. Om te janken dit.

Very poor delivery, then to make it worse, when it arrives in the UK they use Evri so they don't deliver to your home. I had to get transport to the next village to pick up my parcel, then go through an interagation before they would give it to me. Wouldn't even accept my voting I.D. issued by the government as it's not on their list of I.D. requirements. Pleased with item when I finally got it, but won't be using Trendhim again as the experience was completely let down by delivery.

The watches I bought from Trendhim were great quality and stylish (bought as gifts for my husband and also my son). The biggest thing for me though was the customer service I received - It was truly outstanding! Very easy to speak with someone and emails answered very quickly. The whole team seem to work as one and are efficient and friendly. I would recommend this company for the customer service alone but their watches are great quality too. Very happy customer - cannot fault them!

I've placed quite a few orders with Trendhim over the last 18 months or so. I've purchased some fantastic watches, Damascus Steel Rings, braclets and earrings. And I've had some items bought for me as gifts too. There's loads to like on their website. The orders are always dispatched quickly and are well packaged. They almost always arrive in the UK within a week of ordering. And even on the one occasion I did have to return a item, that process was easy too. Thanks guys. Keep it up!
