I was delivered the wrong item. The customer service department responded very quickly to me & sorted the problem out efficiently. They allowed me to keep the incorrect item without additional payment, a generous gesture. I donated it to a charity shop. If my experience is anything to go buy, you can certainly trust the company in more ways than one. Gold star to their customer service.

Very easy site to navigate, found the ring i wanted pretty fast, sizing was easy to chose, option to have the inside of the ring engraved to make it personal. Everything with ordering was easy and fast. I ordered over a bank holiday weekend so knew i would face a delay with delivery and after the 5th day i recieved an email saying about the un-expected delay and to reassure me it will be with me soon and they are tracking it closely. I was not worried at all and understood because of the bank holiday. Package arrived well wrapped, ring was in it's box, perfect fit, beautifully made, exactly what i ordered, personalised to perfection. I would 100% order through Trendhim again.

The watch is beautiful and the customer service has been excellent. I wrote the review below. Trendhim got in touch and kindly refunded me the whole custom’s charge. So I’ve updated my review to reflect how impressed I’ve been with them ( Be aware of the cost of import fees when purchasing goods from overseas. I’ve just had to pay Royal Mail £43.67 customs tax on a watch costing less than £200 I was not aware that there would be such a large amount to pay on top. I’m sure the watches are good but this charge should be made clear before purchase) Thank you Trendhim for sorting this out for me

It's a one star because I can't award Zero stars. At this point, it's extremely difficult for me to keep it civil and I could go on for one hour without repeating myself. They promised delivery in Romania in 1-4 days. I ordered a watch, because I would need said item in 6 days. 5 days later, the package still hasn't arrived. Called the call center 3 times, they're completely useless. They provide exclusively the info you can find online on your own. Called delivery service, best they can do is 3 days FROM NOW. I don't even care about the quality of the product anymore, because I won't be able to gift someone exactly on their birthday. For me, this is the first and absolutely last experience with them. I could also consider this a test, since I had eyed some particularly awesome looking jewelery on their page. Guess I won't even try anymore, my health and sanity are more important and they obviously don't care enough if they lose potential future business.
