I bought a bracelet from them at Christmas for my son and unfortunately it broke soon afterwards. I emailed Trendhim with a photo and heard back almost immediately with apologies. They sent me out another bracelet which arrived a couple of days later without any quibbles. They also gave me 10% off future orders. Amazing customer service from an amazing company.

I bought the Sergio messenger bag. Received it the other day and I'm extremely pleased. The bag looks great, it's well made, and exactly the right size to carry a tablet, phone, water bottle etc without getting big and bulky (note: it's not big enough for a laptop). Delivery was fast - no problems at all.

The products are a real bight standard across the board, great earrings and belts. The price is reasonable and a great service too.
