My original order unfortunately was extremely delayed (Royal Mail issue), when I reached out to TrendHim, I received a quick and detailed reply regarding timescales which I understood. When this same item had no movement on the day mentioned, TrendHim that same day sent a replacement with DHL Express and I had the item within 2 working days. Great experience and would use again.

I bought 2 elasticated bracelets from Trendhim, white pine & lapis & Turquoise, which arrived about a week later. Generally very happy with the purchase and the value for money that they represent. Just wonder how long the elasticity will last if I have to take the bracelets off every day to shower.

One of the leather bracelets a purchased started to fray after just a few weeks. I don’t think I caused the problem but I guess you never know. Regardless, it was frustrating as I only wore it occasionally. I contacted trendhim by email to make them aware and all credit due to them, they responded within an hour and a replacement was posted out the following day. Really happy with their customer service.

Fantastic company that deserves a five star review. Their no quibble return’s policy is second to non. In my experience there was great communication when I had a query on a returned item. In fact I had a response within minutes of my email to them. I will be recommending this company, and will happily buy from them in future.

Well I must say that the service from TRENDHIM is fantastic - I recently placed an order which was shipped off immediately but after two weeks it hadn’t turned up and had sadly disappeared in the Royal Mail system. I telephoned and a replacement was sent out immediately but again after two weeks it didn’t show either and the Royal mail again couldn’t track it. I was very sad and called again to TRENDHIM and explained what had happened. The helpful lady I spoke with said they’d resend it yet again but this time I changed my delivery address - happily it arrived some days later. What wonderful service is all I can say 😀
