You claim to offer a monthly option but it's only if you are approved on Paypal credit. I think that's ridiculous. Either offer the payment plan or don't.

Renewal is simple, and it is easy to access the certificate as needed. The real test of insurance is if you need to file a claim, and, thankfully, I have not needed to do this. It automatically reset my password to one of those long randomly generated ones. Be sure to reset your password if you want an easier one before you leave the site!
