United States | 31 July 2024Horrible customer service. I trusted the company because Bobbie Thomas on the Today show recommended it. But don’t! It took me days to resolve an issue with payment. I finally reached someone on the phone after leaving 2 messages and emailing and they could not explain what had happened and just kept asking me if I liked the product. I do like the product but I will never order from them again because if you have any issues you won’t be able to resolve them.

United States | 30 July 2024I didn't know my credit card would be charged $59 after I paid the $15 introductory offer. I even offered to send the product back, but was told I was past the 2 weeks. Word of advice, read all the fine print very carefully.

My color didn’t match so I called to return it and was told I needed to do more instructions on how to apply it and I was doing it wrong, although they never asked how I applied it or asked if I had already watched the tutorial, which I did! So they sent me another shade. I called customer service to return the items and he said “this isn’t a try then buy deal!” So he did NOT want me to send the items back! I demanded he send me the information. Well I have to package it, pay for return and then CALL THEM WITH THE TRACKING NUMBER AND THEN THEY WILL REFUND MY PURCHASE! I told him that I will do that but there are to be MO ADDITIONAL CHARGES TO MY CARD AND I DO NOT WANT ANY FURTHER CHARGES OR PRODUCTS! The makeup is not a good coverage and I am 55 so I’ve been doing this a while now! If it seems too good to be true then it is!!!!

United States | 25 July 2024I absolutely love the primer and foundation. Goes on quick and offers amazing coverage. Not incredibly heavy or oily and has a matte finish that doesn't require powder. (I appreciate heavier coverage as I age). Another HUGE bonus is how it seems to even out fine lines vs. settling in and drawing more attention. Would still recommend a fine finishing or setting product, especially w contouring for blending/shading. Did not intend to order eraser and feel like it's unnecessary outside of helping clean brushes. Cons: spray is slightly messier than loose powder, sweat is the devil, and seems like it would be really expensive for everyday wear. I currently pay slightly more for a product that last 2-3 months of daily coverage. No way this could get me that far, but will have this in my pocket for days I need a boost of confidence! Thanks!

United States | 24 July 2024I placed an order with Luminous. They took the money out of my account on July 15 and then turn around and charge me an additional $4.25 that they should have never taken. I told him I wanted it refunded back to my account they’re telling me it was a legitimate charge. It was not. I already paid for my order. I will not be ordering anything else from them ever again.

United States | 23 July 2024I kept seeing ads for this makeup on social media and wanted to see what the hype was about. Very thankful I tried this makeup, it covers better than any foundation I’ve ever had! It doesn’t crease in my fine lines(50yrs old) and covers my uneven skin tones spotlessly. I have combination skin normal and oily and I rarely have to blot my face anymore. With my previous makeup by the end of my shift I would’ve blotted so much by then I’d go home without any makeup left.

I called to speak with one of the beauty specialists regarding color options. That was also a waste of time so I sent the product back. We are in July and these people are attempting to take money from me every day even though they claim they received it and now they said they have not received it and nobody’s doing anything about it.

United States | 22 July 2024I do not wish to continue receiving anymore of this product. The primer has a distinct odor and the foundation is very cakey. I tried using very little of it, and it still was cakey. Also, the color match was a bit off. Thank you.

The company needs to switch who is handling their customer service CHD ( Customer HD) is notorious for giving bad customer service to the company from the top to the bottom. They need to consider working solutions for their customer service. Steer clear of this company they will not assist you if you have an issue with the color of your product, order, or cancelation and refunds. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. I tried to give my mom and my daughter the product but instead, they stole the money from me when my mom returned. my daughter will be returning as well. I'm going to return my unit just because the customer service is so bad. They will try to end the chat on you saying you did not respond when they don't want to deal with you. My mom returned her device and I'm still getting charged for it. DO NOT DO IT!!! STAY AWAY! You have been warned. Update*** I'm happy to say they reversed the payments to my bank account. They asked for more information to speak with me which I gave without an issue. I never heard from anyone. They have my information by looking into my account. I'm glad they gave me my money back for my daughter and mother's orders. My daughter loved the spray foundation but we are scared to try the other spray foundation for the face and body. My daughter really wants it, but I will purchase with something other than my bank card.
