HORRIBLE!!! AGENTS WERE RUDE, UNHELPFUL, & DIDNT FOLLOW THEIR OWN GUIDELINES AS FAR AS THEIR RETURN POLICY GOES!! I WOULD NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!! Their product also smells horrible!! *update: You tried to get a hold of me yet still did NOTHING!!! Your customer service is an absolute joke!!! I bought it based on an ad on Snapchat. The ad made it look very simple to use, which is not the case.

The color is not an exact match

Easy to travel with, spray on brush, then dab and swipe to a smoothe finish! Love it! (I'm 70 and it doesn't clog or clump like liquid and solid foundations.) Perfect for me!

The service and product is great. Unfortunately the foundation color is too orange. How do I go about changing exchanging for a color that matches my skin tone? Also, Could you explain why I was billed $6.20 on 6/23, $1.00 on 7/11 and $115.97 on 7/12? Thank you for your help.

Ordered june 26th just received july 12th. Representative did call to inform me of back order and expected delivery time. Keeping customers abreast of situations is very criticaland the rep whom called was informative and helpful.

I decided to try this product after seeing it endorsed by NBC’s Bobbie Thomas. When I ordered the product the price was $42.60. First I received the product about 10 days after placing the order. To my surprise I was billed $74. First off I never would have ordered regardless of “free trial” knowing the price. I was sold on the $42.60. Second of all customer service when I reached out was just horrible. Needless to say the color match was good and the feel of the product I liked but I will return because I feel the marketing is bait and switch. I see your reply and will reach out during the noted business times. Thank you 7/14/24

I recently had some concerns about my account and they were exceptionally polite and helpful!

I have nothing against the company itself. The product did not work for me. It’s ok. I wouldn’t buy it again or would I advise anyone to buy it. The hydrating prep spray is nice and seems to be needed so that the foundation sets better. The foundation itself does not build enough to cover my sun spots. The brush looks nice but is rough on the skin because the bristles are too thick.

It does what it claimed, to give you a beautiful air brushed looked.

Unfortunately it’s the wrong color for my skin. A bit to orange.

The color I ordered was too light for me. The representative was very professional and helpful in helping get the right color. I received the new color today and it’s a perfect match!

I have cancelled my subscription WITH PROOF multiple times. I continue to be charged. I wasn’t allowed to return the shipments I received. I want this to stop. The makeup is crap, it doesn’t hold up on my face. Customer service is a JOKE. I’m sick of having to deal with this. I do not want to be charged again.
