I love the item, but I tried to contact luminess to change my address a couple times but there was no reply.

I tried to chat online to see if I could get a different color, the one they sent was too dark and too yellowish. I was told that I needed to call to talk to a rep. I tried calling and was on hold for my whole lunch break. I had to give up and go back to work. Never again.

I'm not sure if I like the makeup yet as I've used it only once. It felt a little thick but the concept was spray paint makeup and that's maybe what I need at my age. Here's what I did y like about the entire experience so far.... and maybe it's just a sign of the times we are in.... but I had to wait for my order for what seemed like an eternity.

I bought the airbrush spray foundation and primer. Happy with both. The foundation gives good coverage and feels light. The sprayer is a bit hard to push down so a little more difficult to control the spray but just something to get used to.

Verdict is still out regarding how well I like the product. I called twice to Customer Service to ask for an extension to my 14 day trial. Both times I was on hold for well over 30 minutes. I did finally speak to a human who extended my trial period. That said, this company needs to hire some additional Customer Service representatives for their call center!!

My order was expected 2/13, but not delivered until 2/19. I finally tried the product 2/23. It was OK, not that impressed. I will be returning my 14 day supply order and canceling auto shipments.

I love the pallet, but not the spray. I've been JA spray for years and nothing compares to it. Sorry. But the pallet was beautiful. Thank you

The product itself is not bad, although makes my skin feel slightly dryer than I would prefer. The brush is also good. But the spray bottles are a terrible idea! The pore covering cream gets flaky because of the cooling spray agent. The foundation splatters everywhere even if the distance from the brush when spraying is less than 1”. Oh, and the color I got from the quiz is not quite right for me. I think I would be buying it if it was in a more traditional package (not spray bottle) and if I had a chance to get smaller samples to choose the right tone.

I agreed to pay $ 29 for trying You want from me almost $ 150 so I will be sendig this set back to you. I am retired and can not afford such expensive make up

The foundation wasn't my color at all. It made me look like an oompa loompa.

Did not recieve my package

The color is way too yellow/brown but I messaged customer service and they are going to help me fix the color issue.

Did not blend well.wrong color. Had an npleasant smell. Greasy. Emphasized lines and wrinkles.

I received several items in the package that I didn’t even order. I don’t have that kind of money to just throw away!! I called the company and couldn’t get the associate to understand I didn’t order these extra items and didn’t want to have to find a way to return them! I also spoke with a nice lady about the color of makeup not matching and so now waiting to receive a different color, she was very helpful.

Once I ordered it was shipped in a timely manner. Even with the weather being bad I received my order fast. I was notified about shipping and delivery.

Never received my product or refund. When I called about the issue they told me it was out of stock, but still never got a refund. Horrible!

Absolutely in love with this product. It is everything as advertised and then some. Just wished I would've taken them up on the bonus offer with my initial order. If you purchase the basic package, splurge on the extra, you won't regret it!!
