I paid for next day delivery and it didn’t arrive untill 4 day after so customer was useless as i had already missed a Halloween iv asked for refund on my delivery and still nothing on that as it was over £8 the costume is nice just a shame they can’t deliver on what they offer

I am very angry at having paid £13.99 for special delivery for this arrive to arrive in time for Halloween and it didn't. When Royal Mail delivered I was actually in but Royal Mail said they couldn't deliver it because it was too big for the letterbox and required a signature so I had to rearrange re delivery twice.I actually recently received the item today and it has not required a signature. I am going to keep the outfit but I would really like a refund of the postage thank you.

Excellent service and selection of costumes.

I'm 5'9 and normally wear size 10 so got the size 10-12 dress and it fit well. Quality wasn't the best / the white top was a bit see-through and one of the ties for the lace piece down the front was faulty however overall I was satisfied considering the price. Delivery was also speedy even before Halloween! Would wear again come Oktoberfest.

Costume arrived very quickly and was of good quality. Due to my change of mind i returned it and received a refund within a few days. Good custoner service.

Ordered one day arrived the next. Item was as explained in the description Ordered a larger size than I actually am as fancy dress usually comes up too small. That said the jacket fitted ok but the skirt is too big but I will get that altered. Quality usually too flimsy but this was pretty good. All in all very happy with the product
