Ordered an item on Monday, chose 1-2 day premium delivery service(£4.99) to have the item on Wednesday, received Thursday pm. I was told 1-2 day delivery is actually 3 days minimum, had I have known this i would have chosen next day delivery. No costume for my daughters event. Disappointed & even more disappointed in the customer service when I complained.

Item never turned up even tho it’s said delivered by Royal Mail, no one wants to answer emails regarding what to do 😡

Fast delivery but for the price we paid very poor quality. I would t have paid that much if I knew the quality will be so low.

I irdered 3 Queen size fluffy blanket sets that were suppose to come with 2 pillow cases aswell. I ended up receiving 3 throw blankets and only 1 pillow case. I have emailed the company back but haven't heard anything. They were suppose to be a great deal at 50% off so $151.50 on 3 3pc Queen size blankets with 3 pillow cases each, plus I orderd and extra 3 pillow cases. Instead I was ripped off considering what I received. Oh and, their return policy says no exchange or refund and time after 30 days of you initial order however, I NEVER received the packages until a month and a half after.

Ordered item on Friday 27th November, paid for next day delivery as I needed the item for my son to wear to school on Tuesday 1st.. Item still hasn't arrived.

Amazing dress, good quality.

Sad to say, poor quality material used to make this costume. Far too small even though meant to fit a 10-12yr old. Cost of return not worth returning it.

Very poor quality sizing guid absolute joke. But due to need a angel costume for nativity ain’t got time to send back. So my little girl will go looking like a bag of siht avoid avoid
