the quality of service and speed of delivery was great but unfortunately the quality of the product wasn't so great. Firstly the batteries that where supplied in the sword where dead and when replaced after my son playing with this for 10 minutes the lights no longer worked on this.

The company took 7.99 for express delivery. I needed the item for a specific online event so paid extra. It didn't arrive in time so they refunded £4 and blamed Covid for delays. But I think that they shouldn't have taken my extra payment for express delivery if they had a really good idea that it wasn't going to happen.
