Quick arrival time especially considering what's happening in the world.

Utterly mind blowingly appallingly. Nothing has arrived after weeks and weeks, they have missed my daughters 4th birthday (the only bit that hasn't cancelled due to isolation) and really didn't seem to care. I would genuinely use anyone else in the world rather than them. If my £150 worth of outfits ever turn up, they'll be going straight back. Edited to add.. Infuriating response but hope this goes to show evidence of what they have been like - dismissive with a total lack of empathy. Ordered mid March with a 48 hour delivery. Chased 5 working days before it was due and told it would arrive by Friday - and that they'd chase. They didn't bother and nothing arrived. Birthday is today, no outfits. Because of their false assurances, i was left with no time to organise anything else. My problem was that they wouldn't even try and help. Even when they could have offered next day delivery they said it wasn't policy. All of this knowing i have terminal cancer and it will likely be my last birthday with my 4 year old. They are truly a horrible company. To know that and write such a flippant response just sums it up.

The item arrived quiet quick however doesn’t correspond to the description. The packaging states US measurements 7-8 years old whilst been sold as 5-6. Overall size M(5-6) looks like a almost an adult size

The mask was smashes up and broke, also it wasn't wat I though, I thought it would look better, so couldn't give to my grandson for his 5 birthday, so I nothing to give, am try to send it back, but am worried to go post office, as am also disabled,, and I can't go in shops, so am sending back well the world at moment isn't safe to go out, I would like my money back so I can get my grandson a pressie, wen I get to send it back, thank you, stay safe.

Although the order arrived on time and was well packaged, it was not the size that I had ordered. When I contacted the company I was asked to prove this by sending photos of the garment label and the cardboard enclosure showing the size which I managed to do eventually, not being too experienced in that sort of thing. I received an acknowledgement from the company when they had looked at them and was very annoyed to be told that size 8-10 from that particular manufacturer was the equivalent of other items sized as 7-8. The 8-10 would have fitted me better than my grandson. Also, size 7-8 was not as readily available on the internet as size 8-10 and most of them were considerably cheaper. I returned the item for a refund excluding the postage of £3.99, paying a further £4.70 to use their recommended traceable service. I have since purchased the item elsewhere size 7-8 and the difference is tremendous, no way is it the same dimensions as their size 8-10. I have waited until I have received the promised refund to post this review as I feel that the company was trying to fob me off with an alternative, the website was misleading in the size for sale which obviously they could not supply, were not interested in customer satisfaction or service and may not have processed the refund when they read my review. I would also like to point out to them that the packaging on the size 7-8 item I now have states that it is the equivalent of a USA size 8-10 not a UK size 8-10.

I bought a Woody outfit for my great grandson. Haven’t had a chance to try it as we’re in self isolation. The hat was a bit disappointing. Very squashed but yet to see it on his head ! Very prompt delivery
