They need to make sure delivery information is clear. Very misleading. I payed for next day delivery and it didn't come until three days later! Buyer beware!!!

After paying £15 for delivery to Ireland, which I thought was rather expensive to start with, I was charged another £12 for the costume to clear customs! An unfortunate consequence of Brexit but I will not be ordering from a UK based company again. The delivery and customs charges doubled the total cost of the costume.

Excellent service. The garment arrived the next day, even though I did not go for the most expensive delivery option. It fitted perfectly and was just what my grandson requested.

Great website, ordering and delivery but the product is a bit overpriced for the quality that it is.

The product i ordered was broken on arrival, the company sorted immediately in a very friendly and happy manner offering an exchange or refund. I ordered an exchange and it arrived the next day. Excellent customer service.
