Easy to use website and speedy delivery, products arrived 2days after placing order (UK). Costume looks true to the photo, although I’d say the sizing is quite big. I bought the 6-8 and it’s huge on me.

I had to give it a one star in order to write a review.I give zero stars. First and foremost deliver took forever and it’s not expedited deliver at all. Secondly I ordered 4 blankets with pillow covers(2) meaning a set of 3 for each order. The blankets that were to be fluffy and cover a twin bed, double and king didn’t. The blankets were smaller than throws and it didn’t include the pillow covers. The rep that’s been messaging with me (Caroline) told me I got what I ordered. I clearly didn’t as none of the blankets fit the beds, no pillow covers and to top it off I received 3 out of 4 blankets. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. I paid USD too. I got ripped off big time. They take ur money and tell you, you got what you ordered.

I initially tried to view / buy this book several months ago after seeing the you tube post. Errors on fancydress.com. Eventually persevered and links to book worked. Therefore the book order was clear easy and arrived in a few days as stated in a good protective box.

The dress broke after only being worn twice for very brief periods. Even prior to this the finishing was very shoddy. Very poor quality and customer service. Tried contacting a few times and still no reply

My item arrived quickly but was damaged. I email with photos and within 24 hours I had a response and a resolution- a new item was sent out immediately and arrived promptly. I was so impressed with the excellent customer service and I would certainly use this company again.

I bought items from Fancy Dress Australia which did not fit properly, and were not as described (poor quality), which were sent back promptly for a refund, per the "100% customer satisfaction guarantee" on their website. I have been told repeatedly that I have "changed my mind" and they are denying returning my money. I would never buy from these people again, who are not pleasant to deal with and have no contact telephone number. The arrogant manner of the anonymous person I am emailing is appalling and I have been forced to go to Fair Trading to report them. In attempting to correspond with the business, they have told me now to "find a productive use of my day".
