Very disappointed, as ordered and paid for Garmin GPS Cycle computer to be told it was out of stock the day of delivery by email, when ordered it was in stock. Will not be using this site again.

My order was acknowledged but a day or so later I was told it was out of stock. It was never apparent whether it was ever in stock but it meant my payment stayed with them for two days before it was returned. The price seemed too good. Lesson; if it looks too good it probably is. Be careful.

Saw an amazing deal on a new Garmin 1000. Essentially half price. Showing in stock so ordered it. Ordered a case and screen protector from another website. Then got an email to say there wasn’t any in stock so they were refunding me. Now I’ve got a case and screen protector for a Garmin I don’t have!

Ordered Garmin cycling computer at very good price, only to receive email a couple of days later stating they did not have any. Did receive an immediate refund back to my credit card, so this part was handled very well. Wasted a lot of time and delayed purchase by a good few days.

Disappointing experience. Site shown that the product was available whereas It wasn't. Likely the refund came relatively quickly. Poor control over stock availability. Wasted time

I ordered a Garmin product on-line only to be told it was no longer in stock. It was on sale at 50% of RRP, but disappointed that this offer was shown on the website if it was not available

Advertised product at bargain price,.. allowed to complete purchase and then receive e mail saying product not available....no way to build a reputation . No honour in that!

I ordered and paid for an item online from H2gear and received order confirmation. Instead of item arriving in the post I received an email stating the item was unavailable. I did get a refund, but am very disappointed with their service. Gave 1 star as there is no option to leave none.

Stay clear of these people. They advertise items at amazing prices that they do not have in stock. You only find that out though once you have completed your purchase and paid for it. I would give them zero stars if that was an option.

Yes I have to agree with everyone else ordered a garmin out front mount and garmin speed and cadence sensor set . They accepted the order 2 days later the order was cancelled . I checked the sight which now showed the out front mount not available but sensors available. I reorder the sensors the order was accepted then a day later the order was cancelled. Very poor service I’ll never used this site again. Going back to Wiggle at least you get good service and delivery from Wiggle. Appalling service, false advertising 0/10 for me.

Went on their web site to buy a bike computer. Their site showed they had them in stock, so I placed the order and they took my money. Later that night I received an email from the saying “.... sorry item is out of stock, and we have cancelled your order and refunded your money.”. I checked on their site and the item was still available. I don’t think they ever had the item as they were offering a 50% discount. They just want you on their site in the hope you will buy more than one item. VERY SHARP PRACTICE

Seems to be consistent message - advertising products they don’t have probably explains why none of the proper bike shops price match against them - wouldn’t waste my time with this company again - as the saying goes if it’s too good to be true then it probably ......

Your courier is the worst i have ever dealt with. I ordered a very expensive bike and asked for Saturday delivery. Even phoned up and checked that was ok. Got a text on Saturday saying my order would be delivered on Monday, I work during the week, hence a weekend delivery!! The text had a unobtainable phone number in it, and when I phoned your customer service on Saturday the guy on the phone knew this? But yet you keep using them. I have tried to email UKmail to arrange delivery for after 5pm tonight but no response. However, the bike has now been delivered to my next door neighbour, who I do not wish to know all my business. Would not order from you again and all because of your courier service, you need to review your contact.I would appreciate a call back from customer services.

Bike arrive ok but there was 2 bolts missing phoned h2gear and was told to take a picture of missing bolts? and send them in a text and was told they only had my word the bolts were missing.went to halfords to buy the bolts .will never use h2gear. again.customer service Rubbish.

I can't recommend these guys highly enough! Got my bike at a bargain price and with service second too none.spoke too them a couple of times on the phone as iam 350 miles away,friendly,polite,no pressure and they know their stuff.delivery was organised around my schedule and arrived exactly as it should.i will definitely be using them again....Thank you guys

I read some negative reviews before I made my purchase, but the deal was very good so I gave it a go. Pleased I did as I got a great bike for a great price! It wasn't next day delivery, but then I did order during January sales so I didn't really expect it, I did check on what the delivery date was going to be and got a quick response and the delivery was made within 3 days. I would buy again from them.
