United Kingdom | 05 December 2017I was wary of purchasing a bike online as I was afraid of it being damaged en route and not having any comeback but went ahead anyway as H2 had the last few available of the Giant TCR Advanced 1 . The bike arrived in good working order when they said it would too. However when I had a fault with the frame I feared the worst but it was all sorted out fairly quickly and H2 even paid for my new bike build at the nearest Giant shop to me. The customer support team of Sajid and Rachel kept me updated all the way through the process. I would recommend these guys.

United Kingdom | 04 December 2017Waste of time Bike was never in stock they refunded us but tried to sell us a more expensive one, even though a week later it is still on their website. Total waste of time had to source and reorder from another store.

United Kingdom | 22 November 2017I purchased a bike online through H2gear - was really pleased to find it as it was a particular 2017 model that was difficult to get hold of in the size I wanted. Purchase went through, payment was taken. I got an email several days later saying the item was actually out of stock and they would refund the money. I asked for a recommendation of a similar bike, with the expectation that a good will discount would be offered, given they'd messed me around. Nothing forthcoming. So basically you can't trust their website - it will say things are in stock when they aren't. And they weren't bothered about making good their mistake. I've ended up having to buy the bike from a shop miles away now, as it was the only place left with stock - those 2 or 3 days when I thought I had the bike from H2gear meant I could no longer find it anywhere close to me. Really disappointing experience - if you're going to sell online, have your stock update in real time. Or at least have the decency to make up for your mistake.

After a bit of a web search I came across H2 Gear who had the best deal I could find. Never having used them before a bit more research gave me the confidence to take the plunge. I placed my order along with a request to set my bike up in a specific way. 2 days later my bike arrived in perfect condition and set up exactly as requested. Price, service and delivery were all excellent.

Zero instructions on assembling the bike. Very freindly and helpful on all telephone calls but should empty web voice mail box

United Kingdom | 08 November 2017Good price but limited customer service. My order was shipped fine but when arrived had some components missing, a mild scratch and an incorrectly setup front brake. Luckily I leave nearby to another Giant store so I was able to take it there to be fixed (for free) however I've not had a followup about the missing components and the damage. It's been over a week and although it's minor issues it is not ok that I've not had a reply or apology. Plus the bike comes with no instructions or components list which lead to a lot of frustration for a new biker like myself.

No alternative suggestions and no willingness to have any sort of conversation about it. Not impressed by the company selling imaginary products
