I bought a Giant Defy 3 at the cheapest price i could find online. I rang, clarified options, then ordered and had it delivered in a couple of days. The bike was easy to set up when it arrived and only needed a simple, minor adjustment on the rear mech. The whole process was easy and I'm very pleased with the bike and the service. Great service and product qr skewer was missing from box had to pick one up from my local giant store.

All good except the bike was slightly damaged in transit and cost £30 to repair
