I recently bought a Giant Mountain Bike from H2 Gear. The bike was the cheapest I could find on the internet. They even went the extra mile to deliver next day even though I was out of their next day delivery area. Great service, I'd definitely recommend them.

This simple £9.95 seat collar was only to be found from giant direct with the added cost of £5 postage to collect from my local dealer who were also quoting delivery costs to order . Not only was it in stock at h2 gear it was sent fast at no extra cost . Will certainly come here first next time I need bike parts

Needed a proprietary stem for my Giant in a short space of time and these guys were the only place that had it in stock in my size. I ordered just after 12pm and they shipped that day, it arrived the next. Next day delivery was free too. I also needed a stray nut that I had lost and they chucked one in the package for me. Proper customer service.

Bought a lightweight rain shell and it was delivered next day as promised. Loved it but sizing was wrong so emailed and got a reply in a couple of hours - stockists was only 5 miles away so whizzed in on my bike and it was instantly replaced with the right size. No problem. No faff. Tbh, it was getting quick replies to my emails which impressed me most...so rare these days!
