I liked the packaging. I definitely would not buy this product again, due to not seeing any benefits! Still suffering insomnia on a great scale as usual. Due to this product being very pricey, I thought it would have worked for me ……. No not at all !

This was never delivered to me despite a few email exchanges with the company. I do not know what went wrong but the experience has been very bad

Have suffered with insomnia since I was a child, there is nothing I have not tried. I have been taking A and A for a week and it works! I am overwhelmed! I am sleeping! Utterly amazed, especially as it is natural, not chemical.

Good delivery service, clear instructions. Had very high hopes but my sleep not really improved, still waking at around 4am each night. Joints seem to be less stiff.

Two words: Game Changing

Very professional service and quality product. I am three weeks in and the supplement appears to be working well. I am also using a VNS (vagal nerve stimulation) necklace at the same time due to ongoing neuropathy. Sleeping better than I have for some time as I am currently in palliative care and sleeping has been a severe problem. Have taken out monthly subscription for ainslie + ainslie product going forward.

I was cynical but I am really, really impressed. My muscle recovery and mental clarity have vastly improved since taking this supplement before bedtime.

I have sleep problem for years and nothing works, including melatonin. I avoid prescription medication as don't want to be addicted. Came across this accidentally and told myself no harm trying. To my surprise it works! My sleep quality definitely improves within a week and it reveals in my Garmin sleep scores. Yes it's a bit pricey but worth it.

Really great product, not been a great sleeper for years, definitely improved both the quantity and quality of my sleep. An actually tastes nice too.
